Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form provided in your delivery.

Schedule a Collection

Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and book a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our atelier has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
